Which filling technology suits UHT milk and juice?
Aseptic filling is required for UHT liquids to preserve commercial sterility achieved upstream. MCF supplies aseptic PET, carton brik and bag-in-box fillers integrated with the UHT sterilizer and aseptic tank.
Do you deliver complete bottling lines or single machines?
Both. As a turnkey engineering group we deliver the full bottling line — from empty-bottle depalletizer to end-of-line palletizer — and we also engineer stand-alone filler retrofits into existing plants.
Which container formats do you support?
PET (still, CSD, hot-fill), glass (bottles and jars), aluminum and steel cans, carton brik (Combibloc/SIG/Tetra-compatible), stand-up pouches, bag-in-box 3–20 L and industrial bag-in-drum 20–1000 L.
How is CIP/SIP integrated with the filler?
MCF designs dedicated CIP loops and SIP cycles for every hygienic filler, with automated recipe management and traceability of chemicals, temperatures and contact times per SQF / FSSC 22000 requirements.
