How we take a plant from feasibility to performance test
Industrial plant projects fail on assumptions, not on machines. Our method makes every assumption explicit, documented and testable — from the first feasibility note to the signed performance test.
1. Feasibility and balances
We start from raw material, target product, throughput and available utilities. Output: mass and energy balance, indicative capex range, utility demand and a first plant layout.
- Raw material characterisation and yield assumptions
- Process flow diagram with critical control points
- Capex and opex ranges with the assumptions listed alongside them
2. Engineering and layout
Detailed engineering fixes the line: equipment datasheets, P&ID, electrical load list, automation architecture and the 3D layout inside the customer's building.
3. Manufacturing and logistics
Manufacturing in Europe with staged factory tests, then packing, shipping and customs documentation for the destination country, including port and inland transport planning.
4. Installation, commissioning, performance test
Our technicians erect the line, run cold and hot commissioning, train operators and maintenance staff, and sign a performance test on the customer's own raw material.

- From signed order to performance test, a mid-size line typically takes 6 to 12 months, depending on process family, civil works and shipping distance.
