Process families we deliver
Every line is engineered around the product, the target throughput and the packaging format — not around a catalogue.
- Fruit processing: purée, juice, jam and concentrate lines with enzymatic and thermal control
- Tomato processing: passata, diced and concentrate lines with hot/cold break configurations
- Fish and seafood: reception, cooking, canning and retort pouch sterilisation
- Pet food: wet and dry lines, dosing, cooking, filling and seaming
- Bakery and biscuits: dosing, forming, baking, cooling and end-of-line handling
- Beverage: pasteurisation, homogenisation, aseptic and non-aseptic filling, bottling
What a turnkey scope includes
- Mass and energy balance, process flow diagram and layout in the customer's building
- Mechanical and electrical supply, PLC/SCADA automation and integration with existing utilities
- Packing, shipping and customs documentation for any destination
- On-site erection, cold and hot commissioning, performance test with the customer's raw material
- Operator and maintenance training, spare-part kits, remote support contract
Capacity ranges
Lines are configured from pilot and artisanal scale up to industrial campaigns: typically 500 kg/h to 30 t/h of inlet product, depending on process family and shift pattern.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you supply single machines or only complete lines?
- Both. We supply single machines and retrofit modules for existing plants, and we take full turnkey responsibility when the customer wants a single point of contact from process design to performance test.
- Where do the machines come from?
- Process equipment is engineered and built in Europe, mainly through our Italian workshop and a qualified European supply chain, with documented material certificates and CE compliance.
- Do you install and service outside Europe?
- Yes. Delivery, on-site installation, commissioning and after-sales service are provided worldwide, including Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia and the Americas.
