At 1 000 kg/h the line crosses into continuous operation: dilution water and bulk paste are metered by mass flow with an inline refractometer closing the loop, so °Brix stays within about ± 0.2 for the whole shift. Utilities for a 1000 kg/h rework line?

Indicatively 160–230 kW installed power, 700–1 100 kg/h steam at 6–8 bar, 6–9 m³/h treated water, 15–22 m³/h cooling water and 400–600 Nl/min compressed air. Confirmed in the technical dossier.

How is °Brix held constant?

Bulk paste and treated dilution water are metered by mass-flow meters; an inline refractometer trims the water valve on the set point, typically 22–28 °Brix with about ± 0.2 tolerance at steady state.

Can it handle both cans and sachets?

Yes — the thermal section is common and the line splits after pasteurization into two filling branches; changeover between formats is typically 45–90 minutes including CIP of the affected branch.
