Can a plant run all year in the UAE?
Yes. Rework lines start from imported aseptic paste stored in drums or bag-in-box, so they are independent of the harvest season and run all year.
Is installation and commissioning included?
Yes. The supply covers delivery, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning, capacity verification and operator training, followed by technical support and spare parts.
Which utilities must be ready before installation?
Three-phase power, saturated steam, compressed air, treated water and drainage. The utility balance is issued with the technical offer so the customer can prepare the civil works.
Do you prepare a bankable feasibility study?
Yes. Mass and energy balance, capex and opex estimates and payback are prepared in a format suitable for banks and financing institutions.
Request a preliminary study for your project
We prepare the mass and energy balance, the capacity plan and a capex estimate, then deliver, install and commission the plant with operator training on your site.
