Packaging machines

  • Vertical VFFS baggers with multihead weigher

Forming, filling and sealing bags from reel film, dosed by a multihead or volumetric weigher. The reference setup for frozen food, nuts, fresh-cut vegetables, snacks and dry pasta, integrated downstream of MCF processing lines.

  • Auger fillers for powders

Servo-driven auger filling for powders, flours, milk powder, cocoa, ground spices and protein blends. Auger plus checkweigher reduces give-away and limits dust in the room.

  • Rotary fillers for premade pouches (doypack)

A rotary gripper carousel picks the premade pouch, opens, fills and seals it. Suited to high-perceived-value products where the printed pouch is part of shelf positioning: nuts, organic products, sauces and purées.

  • Multilane stick packs and sachets

Multilane machines for single-serve powders, granules and liquids: sugar, instant coffee, supplements, rehydration salts, sauces. Lanes run in parallel with independent dosers, so one lane under maintenance does not stop production.

  • Horizontal flow-pack wrappers (HFFS)

Horizontal wrapping of solid products, bread, bakery goods, trays, bars and cut produce. The infeed belt can be loaded by hand or by an automatic gripper or delta robot system.

  • Fillers for jars, cans and bottles

Volumetric or weight filling of liquid, dense and chunky products in glass, tinplate or PET, with twist-off capping, screw capping or seaming, followed by a pasteurising tunnel.

  • Frozen and IQF packaging

Packaging downstream of IQF tunnels: vibrating conveying, low-temperature multihead weighing, vertical bagging and end-of-line in the cold room. Materials and components chosen for condensation, frost and frequent washdowns.

  • End of line: case packing, palletising and wrapping

Case erecting, wrap-around or top-load case packing, closing, coding, robotic palletising and stretch wrapping. The end of line completes the integrated MCF line and sets the staff actually needed per shift.

An authority link does not confirm every applicable obligation. Confirm customs classification, import procedures, conformity documents, required certifications and industrial power supply with the importer and competent authority. This page does not attest company certifications.

The catalogue presents the MCF range, not a selection already approved for this country. Capacity, configuration and regulatory compatibility must be confirmed in the technical offer.
