Data collected through forms

Name, email, company, country, product of interest, quantity and notes sent through the quote or contact forms; the consent flag and its timestamp; the country derived from the IP address (country level only).

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to answer your request and prepare a technical and commercial offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures). Optional commercial communications are sent only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Third-party map and climate services

Pages with maps or geo-climatic simulations contact OpenStreetMap, Nominatim, Photon, Open-Elevation and Open-Meteo. Only the typed address, the chosen coordinates and the technical IP address are transmitted, never your name, email or phone.

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations. Map and climate requests are not stored on our servers.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to us via the contact page. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
