FAQ — buyer questions

Frequently asked questions about industrial food plants

The questions technical buyers actually ask before signing: scope, timing, origin of the machines, installation abroad, warranty, service and financing documentation.

Before you ask for a quotation

  • Define the product first: the same fruit can require three different process configurations
  • Fix the packaging format early — it drives the whole end of line
  • Check utilities: steam and chilled water availability often decide the layout

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is included in a turnkey contract?
Process engineering, equipment supply, automation, packing and shipping, on-site erection, cold and hot commissioning, performance test, documentation and operator training.
What is the typical lead time?
Six to twelve months from order to performance test for a mid-size line, depending on process family, civil works and destination.
Where are the machines manufactured?
In Europe, mainly in our Italian workshop and through a qualified European supply chain, with CE marking and traceable material certificates.
Do you install and commission outside Europe?
Yes. Installation, commissioning, training and after-sales service are delivered worldwide by our own field technicians.
What warranty do you provide?
A standard 12-month warranty on supplied equipment from commissioning, extendable through a service contract that includes scheduled maintenance and spare-part kits.
Can you help with bank financing documentation?
We prepare a structured technical and cost dossier that banks and advisors can assess. It documents assumptions and calculations; it is not financial advice.
