Primary, secondary and end-of-line packaging

Food packaging machines

Eight machine families that close the cycle after processing: from vertical bags to wrapped pallets. Specifications, formats and selection criteria to configure the line around the real product, not a catalogue.

How to read this section

MCF Technology integrates complete lines: we define the process, select machines from qualified manufacturers, handle overall CE marking, testing with your product, installation and on-site service worldwide. Throughput values are typical configuration ranges: the contractual performance is fixed in the quotation after yield trials on the real batch.

Frequently asked questions

Does MCF Technology manufacture the packaging machines?

MCF Technology is a line integrator: we design the process, select machines from qualified manufacturers, and handle their integration, overall CE marking, testing and after-sales service. Line and process responsibility is ours; the single machines are built by partner manufacturers named in the technical file delivered to the customer.

Can I buy a single packaging machine?

Yes, when the machine enters a line we integrate or an existing plant where we carry out a site survey. In that case we supply sizing, installation, commissioning with the real product and operator training, plus conformity documentation.

Are the published throughput figures guaranteed?

The published values are typical configuration ranges, not contractual performance. Guaranteed throughput is defined in the quotation after trials on the real product: flowability, moisture, piece size and the chosen film can change actual cadence by as much as 30%.

Do you run trials on my product before the order?

Yes. The yield lab processes a sample of your batch to verify dose, seal integrity, expected shelf life and reject rates. The test report becomes part of the technical supply specification.

Do you deliver and install outside Europe?

Yes: delivery, installation, commissioning and on-site service are included in the turnkey scope worldwide, with multilingual technical documentation and adaptation to the voltage, frequency and import requirements of the destination country.

How are spare parts and after-sales support handled once the line is running?

We deliver the critical spare-parts list with manufacturer codes, a recommended first-intervention kit, and a service contract with stated response times. Remote diagnostics run on the line PLC; field interventions are carried out by our own or certified technicians.
