What the tool calculates
- Station-by-station mass balance following the published process flow
- Declared yields and waste applied as a range between a minimum and a maximum
- Finished product range per hour, shift, day and campaign
- Consistency check against the declared capacity of each station
Limits of the tool
Results are planning ranges, not guaranteed values. Real yields depend on your raw material and are confirmed by yield tests in the lab and by a feasibility study.
